Deep ruby-red colour with a black hue, even colour throughout. This has a perfumed bouquet, penetrating black fruit, floral dark herbs and spice. Medium-bodied, black cherry and blackberry aromas have a savoury, earthy tone, unfolding broody, rich herbs, cinnamon bark and black pepper. The wine shows savoury, earthy development, complexed with the broody dark fruit and herb quality. The fine-grained tannin structure provides a light grip reflecting spices. This savoury Pinot Noir shows generous, broody dark fruit and herbs, earthy development and a fine tannin grip.
