3 Rings Barossa Valley Shiraz 2016, SA

Shiraz from Australia - South Australia
Review Date : 09-Aug-2021
Deep, ruby-black with a hint of garnet, lighter edged. The nose is packed with classic aromas of prunes, riped blackberries melded with a touch of game, vanilla and menthol. Full-bodied, succulent fruit of plums, pepper cooked blackberries interweave rich game and menthol. Tannin is ripe and mouth-filling; lush fruit grows to a mix of red and blackberries, plums and prunes, well-proportioned black pepper and subtle game development added interest. Match with lamb shepherd's pie and charred ribeye pepper sauce over the next 8 years. 14.9% alc. 18+/20 pts (91 pts) Aug 2021 RRP AU$18
