Bright, even, pale yellow with a green tinge. This has a fragrant bouquet filled with jasmine, citrus and a hint of spice. Medium-bodied, medium-dry to taste, aromas of lime and mandarin melded with lime peels, jasmine and subtle white spice. The wine is refreshing with lush citrus fruit, and minerals contribute to the texture. Excellent acidity balances sweetness and leaves a refreshing, moreish finish.
