Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is full and appealing with ripe pear, honey, spice and blossom. Medium-full bodied, off-dry to taste, aromas of ripe pear and quince melded with a hint of honey, spice and pear blossom. The wine is mouth-filling with weight, sweetness broadens the palate, and spice expands dimension. This off-dry Pinot Gris is juicy with ripe fruit and spice on a smooth palate.
