  Pale peach colour with light orange and slight pink hues, lighter on the rim. The nose is light with gentle aromas of subtly fragrant aromas of orange blossom and yellow florals, along with suggestions of red fruit, nuts and thirst-quenching flint and mineral nuances. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is tightly bound with a core showing subtle flavours of yellow stonefruits and florals, savoury peach notes and hints of red berry fruits, unfolding mouthwatering mineral elements. The wine follows a positively concentrated line enlivened by fresh acidity, and the wine carries to a delicately flavoured, moderately long finish. This is a classical, dry Southern French rosé with subtle fruit flavours and mineral nuances and mouthwatering acidity. Serve as an aperitif, with antipasto and with tapas over the next 2 years.   Dark, deep, ruby-red colour with slight purple hues, lighter on the rim. This has a finely proportioned nose with aromas of savoury dark-red cherry and berry fruit, along with dark-red plum notes and subtle notes of herbs and earth. The nose builds in depth and concentration with aeration. Medium-bodied, moderately concentrated, but juicy flavours of savoury cherry, berry and plum fruits are harmoniously melded with herb and earthy notes. The sweet fruit is supported by fine-grained tannin extraction and underlying fresh acidity, providing good tension and energy. The textures carry the fruit to a positively concentrated, lingering finish of dark cherry fruit and herbs. This is a juicy Rioja with savoury cherry, berry and plum flavours on a fine-grained, lively palate.   Very full, dark, deep, purple-hued black-red colour, a little lighter edged, youthful in appearance. The nose is fresh with bright aromas of dark raspberry, plum and boysenberry fruit aromas along with some jam and floral-lifted whole berry fermentation fragrances and a little oak. Medium-full bodied, the palate is sweet and juicy with flavours of ripe raspberries, boysenberries and plums and lifted, jammy whole berry fermentation notes. The fruit richness is balanced and supported by powdery tannin structure and the acidity is integrated and soft. The palate is carried by some alcoholic power, leading the wine to a ripe, raspberry, boysenberry and jam-nuanced finish with fine-grained grip. This is a sweet, ripe-fruited Toro red with raspberry, plum and jammy notes on a fine-grained palate with some alcohol drive.
