  Even ruby-red colour, a little lighter on the rim. The nose is initially light, shy and restrained, but subtly unfolds gentle notes of dark-red cherry and berry fruit with nuances of fresh herbs and nutty notes. Medium-full bodied, the palate has good depth and concentration of dark cherry and berry fruit which is enlivened by fresh acidity. The fruit is well-bound and a little shy in expression, but unfolds to reveal dark-red florals and subtle herb notes. The palate has light, grainy tannin extraction and with the acidity provides a degree of linearity, carrying the wine to a crisp finish with moderate length. This is an elegantly concentrated Pinot Noir with dark cherry and berry fruit, somewhat restrained in expression, but driven by fresh acidity and light tannins.   Dark, deep ruby-red colour with black hues, lighter on the edge. The nose is elegantly presented with tightly bound aromas of dark-red berry fruits entwined with fresh and dark herb notes in the cooler spectrum, and some earthy savoury secondary development nuances. Medium-bodied, the palate has bright and lively, elegantly presented flavours of dark-red berry and cherry fruit along with nuances of dark herbs and eucalyptus. The palate has an interwoven amalgam of flavours that form a concentrated core revealing bright and sweet, jammy elements. The fruitiness is balanced by light tannin extraction and acidity. The wine ha good freshness and flows to an elegant, lingering finish. This is a bright, fresh and juicy Shiraz with berry and cherry fruit along with eucalyptus, herb and jam flavours and some savoury notes on the nose.   Even ruby-red colour with slight purple hues, lighter on the rim. This has a full, easy, accessible and uncomplicated nose with light, sweetly ripe fruit aromas of raspberries and cherries entwined with eucalyptus and cedar, and some plum jam notes. Medium-full bodied, the palate has a good core of dark-red and black berried fruits with raspberries and jam elements. The fruit richness is restrained, but the palate has good body and presence, with light extraction. The wine has some alcohol drive which carries the sweet, jammy flavours to a straight forward finish. This is an up-front, accessible, uncomplicated Shiraz with some vinous depth and presence.   Even, dark ruby-red colour, lighter edged. The nose is tightly bound and frim with an elegantly concentrated core of ripe blackberry fruit with dark raspberries and an amalgam of herbs, earth, a little eucalypt and oak cedar. Full-bodied, the palate is elegantly proportioned with a fine, deep and concentrated core of sweetly ripe black and dark-red fruits, melded harmoniously with a layering of soft earth and herb notes, and nuances of eucalypt. The fruit concentration is supported by fine-grained tannin structure and integrated acidity, with some alcoholic drive. The wine flows with good linearity to a dark-fruited finish.- This is a fine, firmly concentrated Barossa red blend with ripe black-berried fruit and subtle layers of detail on a fine-textured palate. Match with lamb, beef and venison over the next 4-5 years.
