Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc 2012 and Pinot Noir 2011

02-Oct-2012
One of the keys to Whitehaven's success and consistency is their fruit supply of 35 ha of own vineyards and strong relationships with a number of contract growers for continued and dependable grapes. Another factor is the blending of fruit from the different sub-regions of Marlborough which results in a style of completeness. In these times where single site expression is all the rage, such a philosophy may seem to be an anachronism, but there's no denying the results as measured by judging awards. Here are the new 2012 Sauvignon Blanc and 2011 Pinot Noir releases. www.whitehaven.co.nz
