  Bright, pale straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, lighter on the rim. This has a full, upfront and densely packed nose of pungent, ripe passionfruit aromas along with notes of fresh herbs, and an array of tropical fruits and green stonefruits. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate features soft, mouthfilling flavours of passtionfruit, tropical fruits and herbs, all harmoniously entwined and well-concentrated providing depth and presence. The wine flows along a fine-textured line with soft, mouthwatering acidity providing energy. The wine carries to a soft, full finish of passionfruit. This is a mouthfilling Sauvignon Blanc with deep passionfruit flavours and ripe, but crisp acidity. Serve with Pacific Rim fare over the next 2 years.   Bright, pale candy-floss pink with a suggestion of purple, pale on rim. The nose is fresh and brightly aromatic with aromas of strawberries and soft-red florals entwined with a fine layer of lifted confectionary notes and fermentation esters. The aromas build in depth and intensity in the glass. Off-dry to taste and light-medium bodied, elegantly concentrated flavours of strawberries and lifted confectionary are enhanced by floral and esters notes. The fruit is fresh and vibrant and gently fills the mouth. Soft acidity and gentle textures lend a mouthwatering line and the strawberry and confectionary flavours carry to a lingering finish. This is an elegant, up-front, aromatic and lifted dryish rosé with strawberry and confectionary flavours. Serve as an aperitif and on the veranda with canapes over the next 2 years. Made from Pinot Noir fruit from the ‘Rapaura’, ‘Sam Rose’, ‘Crusher’ and ‘Home’ vineyards, and given gentle maceration on skins and fermented in stainless-steel to 12.5% alc. and 7.9 g/L RS. 17.0+/20 Aug 2016 RRP $20.00

  Even, light ruby-red colour, paler on the rim. The nose is light with aromas of dark strawberry and subtle raspberry fruit entwined with dark herb notes, unfolding some liquorice and spice notes. The aromatics build in depth with aeration. Medium-bodied, the palate possesses bright, primary, juicy flavours of dark strawberry fruit, raspberries and dark red florals forming and elegantly concentrated core with supple tannin extraction and a rounded mouthfeel. The wine has a gentle tannin line with soft acidity, and unfolds liquorice and spice detail as it flows. The flavours carry to a dry, textural finish with moderate length. This is a balanced, juicy, strawberry and raspberry fruited Pinot Noir with spice elements and a grainy mouthfeel, finishing dry. Serve with poultry and pork over the next 4 years. Pinot Noir fruit from the ‘Spring Creek’, ‘Home Block’ and ‘Winery Block’ sites, destemmed and fermented to 13.5% alc., the wine aged 10 months in French oak. 16.5+/20 Aug 2016 RRP $25.00
