  Bright straw-yellow with lemon-green hues, lighter on the edge, the bubbles very fine and moderately persistent. The bouquet is very fresh with aromas of white and yellow stonefruits along with subtle waxy and lanolin notes, nutty elements and fresh herbs. The nose is fruit focussed, uncomplicated and shows intensity. Dry to taste, the palate is tight and light, with clean, refreshing effervescence enhancing the delicate citrus fruit flavours. Lifted floral notes add interest. The wine flows positively, enlivened by bright acidity, with the flavours receding as the palate leads to a firm, dry, fine-textured finish. This is a clean, light, refreshingly dry sparkling with lively citrus flavours. Serve as an aperitif over the next 18 months – 2 years. 85% Chardonnay, 10% Semillon and 5% Muscat Gordo from 55% Limestone Coast and 45% Riverland, fermented in tank to 12.0% alc. and 8 g/L RS, the wine carbonated.   Bright, even, straw-yellow colour with light golden hues, pale on the rim. The nose is light, clean an fresh with subtly expressed aromas of citrus fruit with a little nutty oak and creamy, lemon-curd and butterscotch MLF. This is clear, up-front and straightforward. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the flavours of citrus fruit are light and tightly bound, forming a subtle core and the mouthfeel is brightened by crisp acidity. The fruit grows in richness revealing nutty oak and butterscotch MLF flavours, and flows to a soft, light line with juicy citrussy fruit notes. This is a light and juicy, citrussy Chardonnay with some butterscotch flavours. Match with most white meat dishes over the next 2 years.   Dark, deep ruby-red colour, a little lighter on edge. This has a fresh, firm and well-concentrated nose with good intensity of ripe, dark raspberry and blackberry fruit along with nuances of pepper, mint and mineral notes. The aromatic open in volume and show uncomplicated accessibility. Medium-bodied, the palate possesses easy and juicy dark raspberry and blackberry fruits along with suggestions of pepper, herbs and spices. The fruit is supported by light grainy tannin structure and integrated acidity. The flavours recede on the finish as the wine carries to a dry finish with black fruits and pepper. This is an elegant, up-front, juicy, black and raspberry fruited Shiraz with a light, dry finish. Match with barbecued, grilled and roasted red meats over the next 2+ years.
