  Bright, even straw-yellow colour with lemon-green hues, lighter on the rim. This has a fresh and lightly concentrated nose with some depth of yellow stonefruit and citrus fruit aromas along with a layering of lemon-curd MLF and nuances of nuts and minerals. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has a light core of citrus and yellow stonefruits and lemon-curd notes. The mouthfeel is light and drying with some phenolic textures, and integrated acidity. The flavours carry to a slender, dry finish. This is a light and elegant Chardonnay with citrus and stonefruit flavours along with lemon-curd note on a dry, textured palate. Match with seafood and poultry over the next 2 years.   Moderately deep ruby-red colour with light garnet hues on the rim. The nose is firm with fresh dark red berry and blackcurrant aromas melded with dark herbs at the core. This is straightforward and uncomplicated, but has intensity. Medium-bodied, the flavours are reserved with light blackcurrant and mint notes forming an elegant heart. The mouthfeel is soft-textured with light structure and line, and fresh, background acidity that carries the wine to a light, soft and dry finish of currants and herbs. This is a light, currant and herb flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon with dry textures, fresh acidity and some linearity. Match with lamb and beef dishes over the next 2+ years.   Even ruby-red colour with some purple hues, lighter edged. The nose is light, shy and slender in presentation with soft aromas of dark-red berry fruits entwined with black pepper, dark herbs and spice nuances. Medium-bodied, the palate has light but positive flavours ofdark raspberries with nuances of pepper and spices. The fruit has a gentle sweetness, balanced by light, fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity. The wine carries along a gentle line to a raspberry and jam nuanced finish. Rather shy on the nose, this Shiraz has light and gently sweet raspberry and jam flavours and a light tannin grip. Serve with pasta, pizza and barbecued fare over the next 2 years.
