  Bright, light straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, pale edged. The nose is fresh and tightly bound with edgy aromatics showing gooseberries and fresh herbs and subtle mineral notes, unfolding savoury tropical fruits. This has clarity and focus. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the flavours of sweet gooseberries are a little reserved, but reveal passionfruit, fresh herbs and savoury tropical fruit notes. The palate is fresh and lively with light, drying phenolic textures balancing the mouthfeel. The flavours recede as the wine carries to a lingering, dry, gooseberry nuanced finish. This is a restrained Sauvignon Blanc with freshness and light, dry textures. Serve as an aperitif over the next 2 years.   Bright straw-yellow colour with light golden hues and a suggestion of blush, lighter on the rim. The nose is softly full and gently packed with restrained aromas of yellow stonefruits and pears entwined with honeysuckle, and an amalgam of yellow florals and minerals, unfolding rose-petal notes. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate possesses lush and rich flavours of ripe yellow stonefruits and pears with a little honeysuckle. The fruit sweetness is balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity and light phenolic textures that lend presence to the mouthfeel. The flavours are rounded in concentration and flow with good linearity, leading to a fine-textured, lingering finish of florals and stonefruits. This is a moderately rich and lush Pinot Gris with stonefruit and pear flavours balanced by fresh acid and light textures. Match with Asian and Middle Eastern fare over the next 2-3 years.   Light ruby-red colour with some depth, pale edged with some purple hues. This has a fresh, softly concentrated and elegantly presented nose with up-front aromas of red cherry and berry fruit along with a layer of red liquorice, herbs and lifted red florals. A trace of minerally reduction adds detail. Medium-bodied, the flavours of dark red cherry and berry fruit and light and tightly bound, entwined with subtle herb notes. This has lightly concentrated core and line that unfolds liquorice mineral and a little reduction. The mouthfeel features fine textures and crisp, refreshing acidity, and the wine carries to a lingering finish with fine grip and cherry-herb fruit notes. This is n elegant, tight and risp Pinot Noir with red cherry and herb notes with a touch of reduction. Serve with antipasto, tapas, poultry and pork over the next 3 years.
