  Bright, pale straw-yellow colour, lighter on the edge. The nose is fresh and elegantly presented with taut aromas of pungent passionfruit with fresh herbs and nuances of nettles and cut-grass, along with mineral notes. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is tightly bound with a slender core of passionfruit, fresh herbs and cooler spectrum cut-grass and nettle notes lifted by white florals and mineral elements. The mouthfeel is crisp and zesty with brisk acidity, and the wine flows along a fine, textural palate line. The wine is thirst-quenching and carries to a taut, lingering finish of cut-grass and nettles. This is a crisp, cooler-spectrum Sauvignon Blanc with passionfruit, herb and nettle flavours.   Bright pale straw-yellow colour, a little lighter on the rim. The nose is fresh and elegantly presented with soft aromas of passionfruit, fresh herbs and subtle gooseberry notes, along with white florals, nuances of nettles and mineral hints. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is taut and elegantly concentrated with flavours of passionfruit, gooseberries, fresh herbs and subtle nettle notes. The fruit is restrained in expression, but the mouthfeel is bright and zesty with crisp, slippery acidity. The wine flows along a soft-textured line, leading to a light finish.   Brilliant straw-yellow colour, paler on the edge. The nose is soft and light with gentle aromas of white and yellow stonefruits along with savoury stonefruit pith notes, nuances of wild honey, floral elements and hints of minerals. Dryish to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate is elegantly proportioned with up-front flavours of white and yellow stonefruits, honey and florals that form a rounded core. The mouthfeel is lively with bright acidity, and the wine flows along a light, dry-textured line with some phenolic grip, leading to a light, dry finish.   Even straw-yellow colour with lemon-green hues. The nose is fresh and full with voluminous aromas of fragrant citrus fruit and yellow stonefruits, along with subtle nutty and spicy oak, and nuances of lemon-curd and butterscotch MLF. The aromatics are up-front with good depth, building with aeration. Medium-full bodied, the palate has a moderately concentrated core of citrus and stonefruits entwined with spicy and nutty oak, along with a gentle layering of lemon-curd and butterscotch MLF. The mouthfeel features fine textures and balanced, refreshing acidity, carrying the wine with good energy and drive to a long finish of stonefruits, nutty oak and MLF flavours.   Bright, moderately deep straw-yellow colour with lemon-green hues, lighter edged. The nose is softly packed with deep, dense and concentrated aromas of yellow stonefruits and citrus fruits harmoniously melded with creamy barrel-ferment elements and rich, nutty oak and soft lemon-curd and butterscotch MLF notes at the core. Medium-full bodied, the palate has bold and up-front flavours of citrus fruit and yellow stonefruits melded with creamy barrel-ferment notes and nutty oak, and a layering of lemon-curd and butterscotch MLF. This has good depth and intensity, the flavours mouthfilling, flowing along a fine-textured line with light, lacy acidity. The palate carries to a rich, dense finish. This is a fulsome, broad and deeply flavoured Chardonnay with citrus and stonefruit, nutty and spicy oak, and buttery MLF on a fine-textured, lively palate.   Bright, light golden-yellow colour with good depth, a little lighter on the rim. The nose is softly packed with deep and harmoniously melded aromas of ripe yellow stonefruits and tropical fruits, along with creamy barrel-ferment and nutty oak, unfolding savoury stonefruit pith notes. Medium-full bodied, the palate is softly rich and deeply concentrated with opulent and harmoniously integrated flavours of ripe tropical fruits, creamy and nutty oak, and layers of butterscotch MLF. The palate is luscious and smooth flowing, with soft acidity adding to the roundness. The wine carries to a gentle, rich finish. This is a fully mature, softly rich, opulent and mouthfilling Chardonnay with harmoniously integrated flavours of tropical fruits, creamy and nutty oak. Match with roast pork over the next 3 years.
