  Bright, light salmon-pink colour with some depth, paler on the rim. The nose is fresh with delicate and soft aromas of strawberries along with cranberries, pomegranate and watermelon, unveiling mouthwatering herb and mineral nuances. Dry to taste, the palate possesses a soft core of sweet and luscious strawberry and cranberry flavours along with red floral elements. The fruit sweetness is balanced by light, drying phenolic textures and refreshingly brisk acidity. The structure carries the wine to a thirst-quenching finish with fine grip and floral nuances. This is a gently rich, strawberry and cranberry fruited dry rosé with crisp, thirst-quenching, fine textures and grip. Serve with antipasto and tapas over the next 2 years. A co-fermentation of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Syrah, the Syrah foot-stomped for greater extraction, and all of the fruit given two hours skin contact and cool-fermented in stainless-steel to 14.0% alc. and 4.5 g/L RS.   Bright, light golden-hued straw colour, lighter edged. This has a moderately full and gently concentrated nose of ripe citrus fruit and tropical fruits, yellow stonefruits, pineapple and subtle nutty suggestions. The aromatics build in depth and open in volume with aeration. Dry to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate features a softly concentrated and deep core of rich, ripe citrus and tropical fruits with pineapple and exotic florals, and nutty notes. This has weight and presence, the wine following a fine phenolic, textural line, and the palate enlivened by lacy, crisp acidity. This has energy with some underlying power carrying the wine to a long, concentrated finish with some grip and exotic floral and fruit lift. This is a rich and exotic citrus and tropical fruit flavoured dry Albarino with palate presence, light grip and crisp acidity. Match with Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine over the next 3-4 years.
