Station House ‘Blossom’ Rosé 2012

Station House is the secondary label of William Murdoch, offering wines of a more accessible nature than the premium tier. The fruit comes solely from the 13.15 ha vineyard in the Gimblett Gravels which is certified BioGro organic. Hayden Penny is the winemaker, with consultant Jenny Dobson in support. The ‘Blossom' rosé is a purpose-made wine and this 2012 vintage is the third release, made in a lighter style than the first two, and with a little residual sweetness.
