  Bright, pale straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, lighter on the rim. The nose is fresh and well-concentrated with good intensity of cut grass, fresh herb and nettle flavours along with gooseberry elements. The fruit is in the cooler spectrum of expression. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate possesses taut flavours of cut grass, nettles, fresh herbs and capsicums. The mouthfeel is tight and elegantly concentrated, and enlivened by brisk acidity. The wine flows along a dry, fine-textured, thirst-quenching line leading to a crisp finish with nettle and cut grass notes. This is a tightly bound, cooler-spectrum Sauvignon Blanc with cut grass and nettle flavours on a brisk, mouthwatering palate.   Bright straw-yellow colour with some depth, a little paler on the rim. This has a light nose with fresh, clean and delicate aromas of white stonefruits and white florals, along with nuances of fresh herbs and hint of minerals. Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has a soft, but positive core with light and uncomplicated flavours of white and yellow stonefruits, entwined with floral and honeysuckle suggestions. This has good mouthfeel and presence, and integrated, soft acidity. The wine carries to a light finish with floral nuances. This is a soft, up-front, light flavoured dry Pinot Gris with stonefruit and floral flavours. Serve as an aperitif and with poultry or veal dishes over the next 2+ years.   Bright, light straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, a little paler on the edge. The nose is firmly concentrated with good penetrating intensity of lime fruit intermixed with sherbet notes and lifted white florals and a subtle amalgam of herbs and honeysuckle. Medium-dry to taste and light-medium bodied, this has a finely concentrated core with flavours of limes, sherbet, white florals, herbs and honeysuckle. The mouthfeel is fresh and zingy with brisk acidity, and the wine flows along a light-textured line, leading to an aromatic finish with sweet and sour elements. This is a finely concentrated, medium-dry Riesling with lime and sherbet flavours and notes of honeysuckle and herbs on a brisk, fine-textured palate. Serve as an aperitif, and with Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine over the next 3-4 years.
