  Bright, light, strawberry-peach pink colour. The nose is light with a gently concentrated core of subtle red berry fruits and red florals along with some mouthwatering mineral elements, unfolding hints of savoury nutty notes. Dry to taste and light-medium bodied, the palate possesses a rounded heart of savoury cranberry and pomegranate fruit notes entwined with nutty elements. The mouthfeel is soft and smooth-flowing and has a gentle, thirst-quenching line that leads to a soft, concentrated, dry finish with pomegranate flavours and light, crisp acidity. This is a softly concentrated dry rosé with light fruit flavours and a gently mouthwatering palate. Serve as an aperitif and with antipasto over the next 18 months. From the Robaldo family with 20 ha on Rognac.   Dark, deep, black-hued ruby-red colour with youthful purple hues on the rim. This has a soft, light and restrained nose with aromas of ripe, dark-red berry fruits entwined with black fruits, some hints of chocolate and minerals. The aromas are harmonious and integrated in presentation. Dryish to taste, soft and gently sweet flavours of ripe, dark-red berry and savoury black plum fruit show with earthy elements. The fruit is supported by light, grainy tannins lending a rounded mouthfeel and structure. The acidity is soft and integrated contributing to the mellowness. The wine carries to a softly packed, rounded finish of red fruits, chocolate and earth. This is a soft and gentle, moderately savoury Aude red with an accessible texture. Match with pasta, pizza and barbecued foods over the next 3 years.   Full, black-red colour, near impenetrable, with ruby hues on the rim. The bouquet is firmly packed with deep and intense aromas of black berried fruits entwined with nuances of minerals and suggestions of reduction. Medium-full bodied, the palate is well-concentrated with a core of rich black berried fruits along with black minerals and a touch of earthy reduction. The fruit is more straightforward than nuanced, and forms a firm line with supporting fine, supple tannin extraction and structure. Soft acidity lends a degree of roundness, and the flavours carry to a lingering, moderately concentrated finish. This is a black-fruited and minerally Corbieres with supple structure and line. Match with barbecued and roasted red meats over the next 4+ years.
