  Bright peach-pink colour with some depth, lighter on the rim. This has a light nose with a piquant core with soft red berry fruits and red florals, along with a little nuttiness, herbs and nuances of smoke. The fruit unfolds savoury and sour floral, earth and herb elements, revealing lifted florals. Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has a core of bright, light red berry fruits with savoury floral notes. An earthy layer unfolds, to show good palate depth and flavour, which flow with good freshness and energy along a light-textured palate line with delicate, juicy acidity. The wine carries to a lingering finish of savoury strawberries. This is a dry rosé with a core of savoury florals and light-red berry fruit along with earthy layers on a fresh palate with juiciness. Serve with antipasto and Mediterranean fare over the next 2 years. Pinot Noir fruit from the company’s ‘Pilgrim’, ‘Glasnevin’, Terraces’, ‘Georges Road’, ‘Stirling’ and ‘Church Road’ vineyards given 2 days skin contact cool-fermented to 12.0% alc. and 2.8 g/l RS, the wine aged 7 months on lees. 16..5/20 Jan 2019 RRP $19.00

  Bright, light golden-yellow colour with some depth, a little lighter on the rim. This has o soft and full nose, quite rounded in presentation, with plenty of vinosity, the aromatics showing honey and savoury yellow stonefruits, suggestions of botrytis along with subtle nutty notes at the heart, unfolding savoury floral and musky nuances. Dryish to taste, the palate has rounded and rich, exotic flavours of savoury honeysuckle and florals, along with savoury honey, floral and stonefruit layers with nutty detail. The palate has soft phenolic textures and fresh, lacy acidity enlivening the mouthfeel. The flavours carry with plenty of presence to a lingering savoury finish. This is a fulsome, rounded, off-dry Pinot Gris with savoury, stonefruit and honeysuckle flavours with floral and nutty notes on a slightly phenolic palate. Match with Middle Eastern fare over the next 2-3 years.   Bright straw-yellow with green hues and some depth, lighter on the rim. This has a very fine, tightly bound and elegantly presented nose with a fine core of lime, citrus and floral fruit along with nuances of honey and a little musk. The fruit richness shows good intensity, and the phenolic core suggests more detail will unfold. Medium to taste and medium-bodied, the flavours are light and restrained, showing honey and florals, revealing moderate richness. This has a well-defined core with linearity. The mouthfeel is rounded and soft-textured with gentle phenolics and balanced acidity, carrying to a lingering finish. This is a light-fruited medium Riesling with light grip and balanced acidity. Serve with Asian fare over the next 3+ years. Fruit from the ‘Stirling’ and ‘Georges Road’ vineyards, some of the fruit with botrytis infection, cool-fermented to 12.0% alc. and 25 g/L RS, TA 8.5 /L, the wine aged 3 months on lees. 17.0/20 Jan 2019 RRP $17.00

  Light, even, ruby-red colour with garnet hues, paler edged with a little bricking. The nose is softly presented with a finely packed core of firm, savoury dark red berry fruit aromas interwoven with a layer of dark herbs and nuances of minerally reduction and nutty oak that emerges with aeration. Medium-bodied, the palate has lively flavours of savoury red cherry and berry fruit, along with dark herbs, some nutty oak and reductive elements. The palate has positive line and drive, the tannins soft and restrained, and the acidity balanced. The wine carries to an elegant, lingering finish. This is a medium-weighted Gris with savoury cherry and berry flavours along with herb and reductive notes on a positive palate with balanced acidity. Serve with wild duck and pork over the next 2+ years. Pinot Gris fruit from the company’s ‘Terraces’, ‘Georges Road’, ‘Pilgrim’, ‘Stirling’, ‘Glasnevin’ and ‘Church Road’ vineyards’ fermented to 12.0% alc. and 4.7 g/L RS, the wine aged in oak. 16.5/20 Jan 2019 RRP $19.00
