Saint Clair is working steadily with their aromatic whites to have them join the star status of their Sauvignon Blancs, Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. The quality assessment process operating as with most wineries, begins in the vineyards which are recognised for their predisposition for certain qualities and characteristics, observed over many vintages. The grading process continues in the winery with final decisions at nomenclature. Two aromatic whites are reviewed here. www.saintclair.co.nz
