  Bright, very pale straw-yellow colour with slight green hues. This has a tightly concentrated and firm nose with aromas of rose petal florals entwined with flinty and minerally lees elements, unfolding notes of root ginger, earth and musk. This has good depth and intensity. Off-dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate features a firmly bound core of rose petal florals, Turkish Delight, root ginger and minerally lees and reductive complexities. The wine is elegant in proportion with soft acidity and a smooth textured line. Some phenolics emerge, lending grip as the wine carries to a dry finish with subtle bitter stonefruit kernel and ginger nuances. This is a tightly concentrated, smooth-flowing, off-dry Gewurztraminer with rose petal florals and flinty mineral notes. Serve with Middle Eastern fare and semi-hard cheeses over the next 3+ years.   Bright pale straw-yellow colour, very pale edged. The nose is very fresh and youthfully taut with a finely concentrated core of white florals and exotic rose-petal notes along with lychees, subtle spices, Turkish Delight and a suggestion of honey and musk. The fruit is expressed with clarity and has intensity. Medium-dry to taste, the palate has tightly bound and penetrating flavours of exotic florals, with hints of white pepper and spices, Turkish Delight and honey. The fruit forms a concentrated heart with soft, rounded textures and balanced acidity. The wine has a fresh firmness but flows smoothly with good linearity, leading to a sustained finish. This is a taut and penetrating medium-dry Gewurztraminer with good depth and intensity of exotic florals, spices and musk and a smooth mouthfeel. Full-bodied, dried to taste, aromas of lychee, peach and apple entwined with ginger, rose water and Turkish delights. The fruit is complex and intense, with freshness and depth, and the ginger spice elevates it to a long, amiable finish. This Gewurztraminer shows good intensity and classic varietal characters. Match with yellow curry and pad Thai over the next 3-4 years. The fruit was destemmed and crushed to press, left overnight for skin contact, then pressed into the stainless steel tank.   Bright, very pale straw colour with slight green hues, lighter edged. This has a tightly bound and youthfully fresh nose of white stonefruit and subtle notes of lifted florals, along with hints of honeysuckle, underlined by steely mineral elements. The aromatics are penetrating and intense. Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is tight and firm with a lively mouthfeel, showing white stonefruits, florals and hints of exotic fruits and honeysuckle. The wine flows along a textured, phenolic line with brisk, steely acidity in support, providing energy and drive. The flavours carry to a firm, lingering finish of stonefruit and florals. The nose is elegantly presented with good depth and intensity of white and yellow stonefruits in a harmonious amalgam of fragrant florals and subtle nutty notes, a little oak spice and minerally elements. The aromatics unfold in volume and detail with aeration. Dryish to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate has a finely concentrated core with good intensity of flavours of white and yellow stonefruits melded with delicate notes of spicy and nutty oak adding detail and interest. Some exotic florals emerge as the wine carries along a light-textured line with crisp acidity, leading to a moderately sustained finish.   Very full, dark ruby-red colour with purple hues, youthful in appearance. The nose is tightly packed with ripe savoury black cherry fruit aromas entwined with nuances of game and earth, lifted by thyme herb elements. The aromatics are firmly bound and restrained in expression, but this has vinous presence and depth. Medium-full bodied, the palate features moderately rich and sweet fruit flavours of black cherries and dark red berry fruit intermingling with savoury earth, game and spicy, nutty oak nuances. This has a rounded core with good depth and weight, and the fruit is supported by grainy tannin extraction lending a firm-textured line. Fresh, balancing acidity provides good liveliness to the mouthfeel and energy to carry the wine to a concentrated, lingering finish. The nose is elegantly presented with well-proportioned aromas of strawberry fruit lifted by soft red floral notes, the fruit revealing subtle herbal and fruit pastille confectionary nuances and a suggestion of minerals with aeration. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the mouthfeel is bright and lively with piquant and thirst-quenching flavours of strawberries and fruit pastilles along with red floral elements. The fruit is tightly bound and is driven by slippery, mouthwatering acidity enhancing the fine and dry textures and adding to the linearity. There is a concentrated core of fruit, densely weighted, along with the dark herbs and earthy element, contributed to the richness and body to the wine. The nose is fresh with a good core of finely expressed aromas of strawberries and cream with fresh red florals and subtle notes of confectionary. The aromatics show good depth and intensity.
