  Bright, light straw-yellow colour, very pale on the rim. This has a full and soft nose with aromas of ripe passionfruit and tropical fruits, showing good depth, density and pungency at the core. Dry to taste and light-medium bodied, the palate is moderately full and broad with up-front flavours of ripe, pungent passionfruit, tropical fruits and fresh herbs. The mouthfeel shows some phenolic textures and grip lending a grainy structure, with underlying lacy acidity providing good energy and tension. The textures carry the wine to a sustained, grainy finish with pungent fruit notes. This is a full, pungent, passionfruity Sauvignon Blanc with some grainy, dry phenolic textures.   Brilliant, light straw-yellow colour, paler edged. The nose is fresh and fragrant with aromas of white stonefruits and pears and subtly concentrated notes of rose-petal florals, spices and some youthful fermentation esters. Dryish to taste, the fruit is fresh, bright and aromatic with finely proportioned flavours of pears, white and yellow stonefruits, rose-petal florals and a suggestion of musk. The palate is up-front with good presence, and flows to a fine, dry-textured, lightly nuanced aromatic finish. This is a bright, aromatic, dryish Pinot Gris with pear and floral flavours and a light finish. Match with Asian fare over the next 2-3 years.   Bright, light golden-yellow colour with some depth, lighter on the rim. The nose is elegantly concentrated and a little reserved in expression, showing citrus fruit and yellow stonefruit aromas along with creamy, nutty barrel-ferment and oak notes entwined with lemon-curd MLF and toasty oak elements. Medium-bodied and slender in proportion, the palate possesses an elegantly concentrated core of citrus and stonefruits along with creamy, nutty oak and buttery MLF nuances. The wine is refreshingly crisp with underlying mouthwatering acidity providing balance to the fruit and oak softness. The wine leads to a moderately sustained finish of citrus fruits, nutty and toasty oak and creamy nuances. This is a fresh and crisp Chardonnay with citrus, cream and buttery flavours. Serve with seafood, poultry and pork over the next 3 years.
