Rocky Point Central Otago Pinot Noir 2011

26-Jun-2012

Market exclusivity of certain wines can offer advantages for winegrower, reseller and consumer, and that's the approach taken by the Fine Wine Delivery Co. When a winery can find one buyer for all the stock of a wine, it's an easy sale and deal. For the buyer, they would have obtained the wine at a favourable price. Any such reseller worth their salt will pass on the savings to their clients, ensuring happy customers who will repeat their business. That's the approach taken by the Fine Wine Delivery Co. in taking all 800 cases of ‘Rocky Point' Pinot Noir 2011, the second label of Bendigo producer Prophet's Rock. Matt Deller, the FWDC Wine Programme Director has good taste in making these acquisitions. I've agreed with his findings before. Here's my review of this latest offering. www.prophetsrock.co.nzwww.finewinedelivery.co.nz
