  Bright, light straw-yellow colour, a little lighter on the rim. The nose is fresh and clean with softly packed aromas of yellow and green stonefruits along with nuances of pungent tropical fruits and subtle gooseberry notes, unfolding suggestions of exotic floral elements. Dry to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate is crisp and zesty with racy acidity enlivening the fruit flavours of yellow and green stonefruits, tropical fruits, herbs and gooseberries. Light, drying phenolic textures underline the fruit and guide the wine as it flows with good energy and drive to a crisp, tight, lingering finish of stonefruits and herbs. This is a brisk, racy and vigorous Sauvignon Blanc with the fruit flavours ranging from ripe tropical fruits to gooseberries and herbs on a tight, dry-textured line. Serve with seafood and herb-marinated poultry and pork dishes over the next 2+ years.
