Raymond would have been so moved by all the most beautiful comments made by everyone.
And the brilliant photos you are popping onto Facebook.
I, Olly, Jolene and all Raymond's family would like to say thank you for the beautiful and moving acknowledgement of Raymond's passing. Many a tissue has been used.
A place that will always be empty.
The doctor arrived to Certify that Raymond was deceased in the perfect manner - on his bike!
It was a ride for Raymond.
The arrangements for Raymond's final farewells are as follows.
A small private family ceremony will take place at The Small Chapel in Karori on Friday 15th February - 11am which afterwards Raymond will be cremated.
We will do a family Yum Cha at Raymond's favourite Chinese Restaurant Majestic in Wellington.
We take this opportunity to ask you to raise a glass to Raymond at this time - so please A Toast to Raymond - 1pm Friday 15th February 2019
The main event
The Celebration of Raymond Chan's Life will be held at Ata Rangi in Martinborough. 12 noon to 3pm on the Friday 1st March 2019.
Raymond's ashes will be there. We would love you to come with all your best stories and pictures of Raymond.
We feel privileged that everyone has been asking 'what can we do' .
The way we felt that everyone can participate is that everyone could bring or send in a bottle for Raymond's Celebration of Life.

It can be whatever you want.
The selection of your wine is your choice.
This way it is celebrating Raymond's love of all wines.
Please do not send any flowers.
Raymond and I would love it if you could spend this money by donating to either the Cancer Society or Mary Potter Hospice who were so good at supporting Raymond through his journey.
This way some good comes out of the sadness.
