I am pleased to advise that I am now out of hospital. Unfortunately the severity of the infection has left me considerably weaker physically, but my partner Sue and I trust that I will make improvements over some time. We have checked and calibrated my palate since coming home, and believe I have not suffered any loss to my palate acuity, and that I can resume offering my wine review service. I will be starting off slowly, working through the back-log accumulated since being off work, but should be operating normally soon. I welcome your continued confidence in my work and my feedback to you.
