  Full, dark, deep, near impenetrable purple-hued black-red colour, a little lighter on the rim. This has a very full and softly voluminous, gently packed nose with aromas of fully-ripened blackberry fruit melded with black plums and boysenberries, unfolding dark raspberry and blackberry liqueur notes, along with spice and oak toast. Full-bodied, plush, succulent and well-ripened, sweet flavours of blackberries, boysenberries plums and hints of raisins are entwined with liquorice, Asian spices and toasty oak. The palate is opulent and lush, and the fruit is supported by fine-grained background tannin structure which allows the fruit to feature. The wine carries smoothly to a soft, fine-textured, long and sustained finish of boysenberries and liquorice. This is a rich, sweet-fruited Petite Sirah in the riper spectrum with blackberry, plum and boysenberry flavours entwined with liquorice and spices on a soft, fine-textured palate.   Very dark, deep, purple-hued black-red, near impenetrable, a little lighter edged, this is youthful in appearance. The nose is firmly packed with aromas of well-ripened, sweet blackcurrant fruit and cassis liqueur, along with blackberries, dark raspberries and nuances of mint and fresh herbs. This has aromatic varietal clarity, and the oaking is sensitive. Medium-full to full-bodied, the palate features sweetly ripe and succulent flavours of blackcurrants and cassis, blackberries, and subtle notes of eucalypt and mint. The fruit is encased by fine-grained, powdery tannin extraction and structure, with integrated, ripe acidity. The wine has a firm, elegantly concentrated core and line that leads to a juicy and luscious, lively and vibrant finish with fine tannin textures. This is a finely concentrated, sweetly ripe blackcurrant and cassis fruited Cabernet Sauvignon with nuances of mint and eucalypt. Serve with roasted lamb, beef and venison, and harder cheeses over the next 5-6 years.   Full, very dark, deep, near saturated purple-hued black-red colour. The nose is a little restrained in expression initially, showing ripe blackberry fruit along with notes of black pepper, spices and hints of eucalypt and mint. The oaking is finely balanced in the background, and the nose reveals suggestion of black minerals and reduction. Medium-full to full bodied, sweetly ripe flavours of blackberries are entwined with black pepper, eucalyptus, notes of mint and spices and a later of black minerals. The fruit sweetness is balanced by fine-grained tannins with good underlying acidity lending freshness and poise. The flavours carry well, leading to an elegant, long lingering finish with spicy blackberry flavours. This is a sweetly ripe Shiraz with flavours of blackberries and black pepper with spice nuances on a fine-grained palate with a lingering finish.
