  Brilliant, pale straw-yellow colour, very light on the rim. The bouquet is very fine in proportion, the aromatics a little reserved in expression, but showing pure lime and soft citrus fruit notes, revealing subtle layers of toast, mineral and honeysuckle detail. The nose gently builds in density with aeration. Dryish to taste and light-medium bodied, the palate is soft-textured and has a rounded core of lime fruit, white florals, and nuances of minerals, toast and honey, providing a delicate richness to the mouthfeel. The wine follows a very fine-textured, easy flowing line with soft, ripe, background acidity, and carries to an elegant, lingering finish of limes, minerals and honey. This is a soft and fine-textured, dryish Riesling with restrained citrus, mineral and honied flavours. Serve as an aperitif and with Asian fare over the next 4 years. Brilliant, very pale straw colour, near colourless on the rim. The nose is very fresh and elegant in proportion with tightly concentrated, pure aromas of white florals, lime fruit and mouthwatering minerals. Subtle acacia and jasmine nuances emerge in the glass. Dry to taste and light-medium bodied, soft and pure fruit flavours of white florals, citrus fruits and minerals feature on the palate. The fruit is gently juicy and lush, and flows with a softly concentrated core following a smooth, finely textured line. The acidity is ripe and soft, providing a restrained drive and stylish energy, carrying the wine to a mouthwatering dry, minerally, citrussy finish.   Very dark, purple-hued ruby-red colour with good depth, youthful in appearance. The nose is fragrant and penetrating with aromas of ripe dark-red berry and black cherry fruit entwined with subtle notes of thyme herbs and black minerals, forming a firm and tightly bound core. Medium-full bodied, the palate features rich and succulent fruit flavours of dark red berry fruit and black cherries harmoniously melded with thyme herb nuances and black mineral hints. The mouthfeel is fresh with fine, underlying acidity and the fruit supported by soft, supple, fine-grained tannin extraction. The sweet fruit is carried to a long, tightly concentrated finish of black fruits and minerals. This is a rich and sweet, black-fruited Pinot Noir with fine extraction ad subtle herb and mineral nuances. Match with poultry and pork, and with Asian fare over the next 5 years.   Dark, deep, purple-hued ruby-red colour, a little lighter on the im. This has a bouquet of finesse and intensity with ethereal aromatics of oft red berry fruits harmoniously interwoven with savoury cherry fruit, dark red florals, some dried herb and cedary oak complexities and secondary undergrowth nuances. Medium-full bodied, the flavours are a little reserved, but unfolding to show a complex amalgam of soft red berry fruits, dried herbs, savoury florals and cedar and secondary undergrowth detail. The flavours form a concentrated core, and the mouthfeel grows with fine-grained, flowery tannin extraction and soft acidity providing presence and linearity. The wine carries positively to a long, elegant finish with gently sweet and succulent flavours. This is a stylish, subtly complex Pinot Noir with secondary interest and a fine-grained structure. Match with casseroles and slow-cooked game meat over the next 4-5+ years.
