  Deep, full ruby-red, lighter on edge. This wine has a full and powerful nose, ripe aromas of plums, blackberry jam, entwined with savoury, meaty nuances, spice, vanillin and sweet tobacco. Full-bodied, a savoury entry with concentration and density on the palate, blackberries, plums at core melded with dried herb, liquorice, unfolding meat and peppercorn, vanilla and tobacco. The wine is mouth-filling with a rich cocoa tannin structure, breadth and depth of flavours. Power and spice lend a long, dry, savoury finish. This rich, well-rounded Barossa Shiraz with power and strength, showing classic varietal, fine-textured mouthfeel and length.   Deep ruby-red, even with a lighter colour on the rim. The nose is gently full, packed with fresh, primary aromas of plums, blueberries, interweave eucalyptus, sweet vanilla, black pepper and toasty oak. Medium-full bodied, aromas of ripe plums, blueberry jam enriched and lifted by minty eucalyptus, followed by vanilla, black peppercorn and toastiness. The fruit is ripe with good freshness and balancing acidity; underlying power linger with a hint of herb to a sustained finish. The mouthfeel is smooth with a light tannin grip. This approachable, succulent Shiraz features juicy fruit, sweet vanilla and oak details and a smooth palate line. Match with grilled lamb and meatballs over the next 3 years. 15% alc.
