  Bright, even colour throughout, light yellow. The bouquet is elegant and tightly bound with stonefruit, pear drop, along with oyster shells and flint, underlay a positive reductive barrel note, reminiscent of a Burgundian Chardonnay. Fruit notes became more prominent as it aerated, subtle flinty barrel detail interwoven into the wine. Medium-bodied, flavours of stonefruit, pear drop has a good core of concentration, melded with bright nuances of five-spice, lingers with chalky minerals to a long sustained finish. The mouthfeel is creamy and light, lifting and lively throughout the palate. Acidity is mouthwatering and crisp, balanced with the sugar sweetness, flows effortlessly along a chalky mineral texture line lends linearity. This is an elegant and charming Pinot Gris with style, off-dry with characterful flavours and balanced, crisp acidity on an effortless creamy flow and a chalky mineral line. Match with flesh fried whitebait with Japanese spices and Spanish style calamari over the next 5-6 years.   Bright, light ruby-red with a garnet hue, even throughout. The nose is gently full, attractive fragrances of florals, herbs melded with cranberries, cherries and a very fine undertone of earthy minerals and a light dusting of spices. Medium-bodied, the wine has the purity of fruit and well-defined layer flavours of vibrant cranberries and red cherries, along with blossoms and fresh herbs; layered with delicate black pepper spices and underlying earth and mineral nuances. The wine has good tension, shows vitality and youth, full of delicate interests. The palate is light and bright with a silky, chalky tannin line, and lacy acidity lends a long lingering finish, immensely pleasurable. This is an elegant Pinot Noir with flavours of red fruit, good acid tension and delicate interests on a silky-fine palate.   Deep, medium ruby-red with a dark-garnet hue, even throughout. This wine has an elegant and penetrating bouquet, with good-depth and savoury aromas of cherries, red berries, entwined with complexing nuances of dark herbs, mushrooms, spices and gamey underlay. Medium-full bodied, with an elegant structure frame, red cherries, red berries are succulent, interweave savoury mushroom and dark herbs. Complexing earthy undergrowth and gamey nuances are developing, subtly penetrating in the background. The mouthfeel is lively with lacy acidity, follows a fine, velvety tannin extraction which is in its youth, will mellow over time. This is a sophisticated and complex Pinot Noir at youth, with nuances of savoury fruit, complexing flavours of herbs, mushrooms and earthiness on a velvety fine-grained tannin extraction.   Bright, even, ruby-red with a dark-garnet hue. The nose is softly full, nuances of red florals, chalk, cherries entwined with earth and a fine dusting of spice. The aromatics unveil mouthwatering elements as the wine aerated. Medium-bodied, red cherries, raspberries are fresh and rich flavoured, unveiling liquorice, florals, spices and an earthy undertone. The palate is silky with delicately extracted tannin, supple and dusty; along with chalky minerals flows with lacy acidity enhancing the mouthwatering mouthfeel. The wine has an elegantly concentrated core, carrying to a lingering, juicy red fruit, earthy-nuanced finish. This is a youthful and fresh Pinot Noir with flavours of red fruit, earth and spices on a fine-textured palate.
