23-Nov-2015
After working eight years in the wine trade around Barcelona, Sophie Cotter returned to New Zeand t establish St Vincent’s Cave, a specialist Spanish wine importation and distribution operation. In 2009. Named after St Vincent, the patron saint of viticulturists and winemakers who was born in Spain in the late 3rd Century, and the underground cellars in caves in northern Spain and Catalonia, Sophie has used her experience and contacts to include a diverse and eclectic range of wines that make interesting exploration. Here, I review new wines from Navarra, Yecla and Alicante. www.stvincentscave.com
