  Moderately deep strawberry-pink colour with slight peach hues and purple tints on the rim. The nose is softly fresh with good depth and volume of strawberries and cream aromas along with lifted red florals and subtle notes of confectionary. This is gently mouthwatering. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has sweet and luscious flavours of strawberries and cream intermingling with red florals and confectionary elements. The mouthfeel is slippery with crisp, underlying acidity, and the wine flows along a fine, phenolic-textured line, leading to a lingering finish of strawberry confectionary. This is a gently luscious-fruited dry rosé with flavours of strawberries and cream, florals and confectionary on a fresh-flowing palate. Serve as an aperitif, with canapés and Asian fare over the next 2 years. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Gris. The Pinot Noir given 24 hours maceration and fermented in tank and barrel.   Bright, light straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, lighter on the edge. The nose is tightly bound and restrained in expression, quite slender and elegant, with a light core of gooseberry and green stonefruits, along with savoury herbs, unveiling notes of cut-grass, nettles and a little passionfruit. Medium-bodied, the palate has elegantly concentrated flavours of green stonefruits, gooseberries, nettles and cut grass with savoury herbs. The mouthfeel is fresh and zesty from crisp acidity, and the wine flows along a fine-textured phenolic line that carries to a dry, finely-flavoured finish of nettles and herbs. This is an elegant Sauvignon Blanc with flavours of green stonefruits, nettles and cut-grass with savoury herbs on a zesty, light-textured palate. Match with salads and vegetables, and Mediterranean fare over the next 2 years.   Bright straw-yellow colour with light lemon-green hues, paler edged. The nose is soft and harmonious with gently entwined aromas of fresh white and yellow stonefruits and subtle barrel-ferment and nutty oak elements, and hints of minerals. This is refreshing and mouthwatering in expression. Medium-full bodied, the palate is fine in proportion with bright, lively and vigorous flavours of yellow stonefruits and citrus fruit, entwined with subtle creamy barrel-ferment and nutty oak detail. The palate has a rounded core with moderate firmness, and the wine flows along a soft-textured line with refreshing acidity lending tension and energy. The flavours carry to a lingering finish of stonefruits and nutty oak. This is an elegant, lively and vibrant Chardonnay with stonefruit, citrus and nutty oak flavours with a fine core and fresh mouthfeel. Match with seafood, poultry and pork over the next 4 years. Hand-picked fruit, WBP and fermented in 300 L hogsheads, a portion new, with tank-fermentation , to 13.5% alc., the barrel portion undergoing partial MLF and all of the wine aged 10 months on lees. 1,300 cases made. 17.5/20 Apr 2018 RRP $29.00

  Dark ruby-red colour with some black hues and a good heart, a little lighter on the rim with purple tints. The nose is soft with gently voluminous aromas of dark-red cherry and berry fruit interwoven with nuances of black herbs and black-red florals. The aromatics build to form a finely concentrated core. Medium-full bodied, the palate has bright and vibrant fruit flavours of dark-red cherry and black berried fruits, along with light notes of dark herbs, red florals and hints of raspberry liqueur. The mouthfeel is supple with light tannin extraction supporting the fruit, and balanced acid freshness. The fruit sweetness carries the wine with good energy to a nuanced finish of dark-red fruits. This is a bright and vibrant Pinot Noir with dark-red cherry and black berried flavours along with subtle floral, herb and raspberry elements on a supple palate. Match with poultry, pork, beef and lamb over the next 4+ years.
