  Bright, even, light yellow with a slightly green hue. The nose is youthful and softly presented with flavours of lime, green apple, along with honey richness and spices, underlying crunchy stone mineral. The honey nuance becomes more pronounced as it aerated, accompanied by lime flowers. Light-bodied, dry to taste, with flavours of lime, mandarin and green apple, melded with honey and delicate spices, alongside a fine layer of crunchy minerals. The mouthwatering acidity is well-balanced with a little sugar sweetness, flows with good energy; high toned acid with lots of freshness but not austere; carries flavours of lime and green apple with its skin through a delicate and slender phenolic grip to linearity. The palate is soft, with a concentration of flavours and aromas. This is a dry Riesling with intensity and structure, carries aromas of lime and green apple, along with honey and crunchy minerals to a lingering finish. Match with clams and oysters over the next 4-6 years.   Bright, light yellow with a slight green-golden hue, even throughout. The nose is softly full and delicate with aromas of an amalgam of citrus fruit, lime, lemon, grapefruit; entwined with honey and fresh herbs, along with a subtle note of petroleum. Medium-light bodied, off-dry, with a pure sense of citrus fruit, juice and skin, along with the sweetness of a just-ripe persimmon; honey with a slight hint of fresh herbs of dill and a flinty note. Acidity is mouthwatering, balanced the sugar sweetness, leaves a dry and refreshing mouthfeel with a light phenolic grip. The finish is lingering and mouthwatering. This is an off-dry Riesling with core flavours of citrus fruit, along with honey, herbs and flint on a light phenolic grippy mouthfeel, and finish with fresh, mouthwatering acidity. Match with pork belly with salty and crispy crackling over the next 3-5 years.   Bright, even, pale yellow colour. The nose is elegant and lush with classic varietal nuances of lychee, rose water, melded with ginger and aromatic spices with good concentration. Medium-light bodied, off-dry to taste, the palate is soft and elegant with lychee and lime, flows with rose water, Turkish delights entwined with ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg spices. The acidity is fresh with good energy, lifted the fruit element and balance. The mouthfeel is smooth with a honeyed texture, attractive and poise. There is an alcohol power, carries all the flavours effortlessly to a sustained finish. This is an elegant, off-dry Gwurztraimner with all its classic charm, along with balanced acidity and a smooth, honeyed mouthfeel. Match with Thai green curry and spicy Asia fare over the next 3-5 years.   Bright, light ruby-red with depth and a black hue. The nose is youthful with power, intensely fragranced with deep floral, dark herbs; along with flavours of cherries and red berries melded with a savoury tone and dusty cinnamon spices. Medium-light bodied juicy red cherries and red berries at the core, entwined with subtle dark herbs and deep florals; along with cinnamon and nutmeg spices and a savoury undertone. The lively acidity brings out the freshness of the fruit; the youthful tannin added a dusty, firm grip to the mouthfeel. This is a young Pinot Noir with juicy red fruit and savoury complexity, on a finely extracted dusty tannin structure. Enjoy with game and grilled lamb over the next 4-6 years.   Deep, medium ruby-red with a slight brick-red hue, faintly lighter on the rim. The bouquet is powerful and sophisticated with delicate floral fragrances; developed and mellowed, lightly cooked red fruit with concentration; entwined with aromas of game, savoury mushroom, dark soy and earthy minerals. Medium-full bodied, the palate is complex and elegant, flavours of red cherries and strawberry preserves melded with savoury mushrooms, dark herbs, and spices; along with an unobtrusive layer of gamey notes with an underlay of earth minerals. Preserved red fruit still has its youth, balanced by graceful acidity, flows with finesse; supported by velvety fine-grained tannin and alcohol power, it carries spices and an attractive savouriness throughout the palate, leaves a comforting and satisfying pleasure. This is a complex and elegant Pinot Noir, a pre-aged new release with power and grace. Match with slow-cooked lamb and game over the next 3-4 years.
