  Bright, light peach-pink even colour throughout. There's a wave a sea salt melded with an amalgam of spices, along with nuances of raspberries and strawberries. The palate fills with sweet ripened strawberries, raspberries, crunchy sea salt flakes balanced by fresh acidity and lifted subtle spices. This is a likeable, refreshing rosé with displaying nuances of raspberries, and strawberries melded with notes spices, saltiness and a touch a sweetness on the finish.   Bright, pale yellow, even colour throughout. The nose is clean with lifted florals of elderflower; tropical notes of green mango and lime melded with some herbaceous nuances of fresh-cut grass and a spoonful of honey. The palate is soft, fresh with controlled yet lovely concentration of citrus and green mango; medium-light bodies fragrant florals with fresh herbs finished with a touch of honey and prickly spices. The wine is smooth with a subtle wet stone mineral texture, acid is soft and round leaves a clean and fluid impression. This is a pleasing Sauvignon Blanc, classic Marlborough approach; bearing the freshness of citrus and green mango, melded elderflower, fresh herbs and honey nuances boosted by some charming spices.   Bright, light ruby-red with some depth, lighter on the rim. The nose has depth, showing savoury, gamey characters; deep florals melded with dark cherries, blackberries. The palate is smooth with the extent of the dark cherry and blackberry fruit notes, underlying a rich layer of herbs and liquorice; fresh acidity adds another dimension of flavour forming a medium-bodied wine, presenting some chalky minerality. The finish is poise with the support of delicate spices. This Pinot Noir has the richness of dark cherries, and blackberries melded with deep florals and liquorice; exhibiting the development of the gamey and savoury nuances; an enticing texture of smooth and silky tannin with chalky minerality.   Bright, medium ruby-red with some depth and a purple hue, lighter on the rim. The nose is fronting with savoury, leathery tertiary elements; mingling with cassis, red berries and delicate spices; subtle notes herbs and vine leaves entwined with oak fragrant. Medium-bodied, the palate is soft with notes of red berries, cassis; subtlely herbaceous, unfolding hints of plums and leather. The flavours are clean, and the mouthfeel is bright and lively with fresh acidity. The smooth texture of tannin underlines the fruit, carries the wine to a fresh, dry finish. This is an amiable Merlot Cabernet blend with cassis, red berries along with nuances of herbs and vine leaves on a lively palate and smooth tannin structure. Serve with meat stew and grilled red meat over the next 3 years. Merlot is predominant with a small portion of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, fermented to 13.1% alc.
