The Lake Hayes label is the second tier of Amisfield and offers wines in a fresh, fruity, earlier drinking style. It is named after the lake where Amisfield and its highly regarded bistro are located, just 15 minutes drive from Queenstown on S.H. 6, at the Arrowtown junction. The Amisfield and Lake Hayes wines are made by Dr Stephanie Lambert at the 550 tonne capacity Amisfield winery at Pisa.
