Kevern Walker – Traditional Hawke’s Bay Boutique
Kevern Walker was established when Ian and Denise Kevern took over a small operation in Montana Road in the Triangle sub-region of Hawke's Bay. Expanding it to 9 ha, the production is still tiny, and nearly all of the wine made is exported to the U.K. The wines are made by Hawke's Bay stalwart Don Bird with Paul Parsonson, ex-Alpha Domus, on-site. Thus the traditionally-styled wines are rarely seen in this country, and can be truly called boutique.
