  MS clone fruit from the ‘Home’ vineyard, partially indigenous yeast fermented with 10% in seasoned oak to 13.5% alc., the wine aged 7 months on fine lees. Bright, pale straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, lighter on edge. The nose is restrained in expression, showing fresh aromas of gooseberry fruit with clarity and purity. Subtle nuances of tropical fruits and refreshing minerals emerge with aeration. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has well-bound, stylish flavours of gooseberries, herbs, green apples and tropical fruits. Subtle, minerally lees elements add interest. The mouthfeel has fine phenolic textures and presence, with crisp acidity lending liveliness, and the wine carries to a moderately sustained finish. This is an elegant, crisp Sauvignon Blanc with restrained flavours of gooseberries and tropical fruits, with mineral detail.   Fruit from the ‘Home’ vineyard in Gladstone and other Wairarapa sites fully fermented in seasoned oak to 13.5% alc. the wine aged 9 months in barrel with 4 months batonnage. Bright straw-yellow colour, pale edged. This has an elegantly presented nose with a tight core of white stonefruits with delicately lifted white florals and nuances of honeysuckle and nutty elements. Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, this has a concentrated heart and gently rich flavours of white stonefruits, honeysuckle and nuts. The mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing with fine acidity, and the wine follows a dry, textural thread and line that balances the fruit sweetness. The finish is fresh with light, lush flavours of stonefruits and florals. This is a crisp and dryish Pinot Gris with subtly rich fruitiness and a fine-textured palate.   Full, dark, deep ruby-red colour with youthful purple hues, a little lighter on the rim. The nose is full and up-front with good depth of ripe, dark red berry and cherry fruit aromas entwined with an amalgam of fresh dark herbs a fragrant violet florals. Medium-full bodied, up-front flavours of sweet dark red cherry fruit are melded with subtle herbal notes, unfolding layers of violet and dark red florals. Fresh, lacy acidity enhances the juiciness of the fruit and enlivens the mouthfeel. Fine, grainy tannins support the fruit, lending a dry texture which carries the wine to a light, violet and cherryish finish. This is an up-front, sweet cherry fruited Pinot Noir with violetty aromatics and a dry-textured palate. Match with pasta, poultry and pork dishes over the next 4 years.
