  Dark ruby-red colour with youthful black-purple hues, lighter on the rim. The nose is soft and gently full with harmoniously melded aromas of ripe black and dark-red berry fruits along with plums and notes of liquorice and eucalyptus at the core. Medium-bodied, this has a moderately sweet and up-front palate with soft dark raspberry and plum flavours entwined with notes of liquorice and eucalyptus. The mouthfeel has a gentle fleshiness, with light, easy tannin textures. The wine carries smoothly to a light red berry fruited finish with eucalypt elements. This is a soft, up-front, sweet-fruited Shiraz with flavours of dark raspberries and eucalyptus. Serve with pasta, pizza and barbecued foods over the next 2-3 years. The nose is well packed, but uncomplicated with ripe fruit aromas of dark raspberries with blackberries, a hint of pepper, eucalyptus and mint. Medium-full bodied, this has up-front juicy flavours of dark raspberries and blackberries, along with nuanced of earth, black pepper and eucalyptus. The fruit is supported by moderately extracted, grainy tannins, and soft acidity lending a rounded mouthfeel. The wine carries to a soft finish with lingering raspberry notes. This is an up-front, uncomplicated Shiraz with dark raspberry flavours, hints of eucalyptus and a soft-textured palate. Serve with pasta, pizza and barbecued fare over the next 2-3 years.   Very dark, near-impenetrable black-hued purple-red colour. This has a firm and intense, well-concentrated nose of ripe blackberry and dark raspberry fruit at the core unfolding black pepper, toasty oak and some reductive earthy and minerally elements. Full-bodied, the palate is softly concentrated with tight and densely bound flavours of ripe blackberries and dark raspberries. The fruit shows a layer of toasty oak and is a little subdued by the reductive mineral notes. The palate has a good core with presence and body, and the tannins supple and balanced by the fruit sweetness. The wine carries to a lingering finish of raspberries, liquorice, pepper and oak. This is a softly concentrated, reserved Shiraz with raspberry and toast flavours and some reductive notes, on a palate with good presence. Match with casseroles and slow-cooked game meat dishes.
