  Bright, light straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, pale edged. This has a soft and gentle nose with an underlying tight core of ripe gooseberry fruit with fresh herbs, green stonefruits and mineral notes, unfolding nuances of secondary green bean development. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is tight and finely concentrated with refined flavours of gooseberries, white stonefruits and white florals, along with fresh herb elements. The palate is sleek with very fine-textures,, flowing with acid energy and line. This is crisp, racy and thirst-quenching, and the wine carries to a delicately sweet gooseberry and mineral flavoured, lingering finish. This is a very tight and elegant Sauvignon Blanc with fine gooseberry and white stonefruit flavours, and a sleek, crisp, mouthwatering finish.   Bright straw-yellow colour with green-gold hues, lighter on the rim. The bouquet is very fresh and steely with aromas of citrus, and white and yellow stonefruits along with a fine, firm amalgam of lemon-curd MLF, and nutty, toasty oak. Medium-bodied, the palate is gently flavoured with a tight core of citrus fruits, yellow stonefruits, subtle lemon-curd MLF and a layering of toasty oak. The mouthfeel is crisp and steely, and finely presented with refreshing acidity with an energetic, slender line that finishes with light flavours of citrus fruit and toast. This is an elegant and gently-flavoured Chardonnay with citrus and toasty flavours, and a refreshing, steely mouthfeel. Match with grilled seafood poultry and pork over the next 3-4 years.   Ruby-red colour with some depth and lighter purple hues on edge. The nose is light with a fine and firmly packed core of raspberries and dark cherry-berry fruit, along with subtle notes of liquorice and spice, dark herbs and nutty oak hints. Medium-bodied, the fruit flavours of raspberries and dark cherries are a little subdued in expression. The mouthfeel has soft, supple, fine-grained tannins in support, providing gentle grip and line, The wine flows with soft drive and energy to a moderately concentrated, light raspberryish finish. This is a reserved Pinot Noir with light raspberry and cherry fruit, and supple, fine textures and modest concentration. Serve with tapas and poultry over the next 3+ years.
