  Bright, medium yellow with depth and a green hue, even colour throughout. The nose is soft and elegant, lush stonefruit of peach, white nectarine, melded with fresh herbs, fresh-cut grass and subtle phenolic spices. The wine is complex and delicately presented; light-bodied with depth and concentration. Vibrantly bright acidity carries flavours of fresh lime, lemon, fresh herbs with a dusting of white peppery spices, lingers with stonefruit on the finish. The palate is creamy with nuances of yoghurt along a fine-textured line of chalky minerality. This is a fresh and vibrant barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc with complexity; showcasing the bright acidity with flavours of citrus, stonefruit and fresh herbs; underlying yoghurty creaminess, peppery spices and a fine chalky texture.   Bright, medium yellow colour with some depth, even tone throughout. The nose is voluminous with aromas of melon, stonefruit in the background, fronting with butter, toasty oak with notes of coconut and spices. Full-bodied, creaminess fills the palate with abundant fruit aromas of rockmelon, nectarine; good energy pulling the right amount of acidity, an amalgam of spices shines through with warm toasted coconut and nuts undertone. The mouthfeel is creamy, balanced by lively acidity; leaves a comfy weight without being overt, carries it to a sustained chalky mineral finish. This is a voluminous, complex Chardonnay with flavours of rockmelon, nectarine, creamy palate balanced by fine acidity; bracing warm butter, an amalgam of spices, coconut and warm nuts nuances, leading a chalky mineral sustained finish. Match with roasted chicken, sausage casserole over the next 5+ years. 80% whole bunch pressed, wild yeast, 100% French oak barrels fermented to 14% alc, full MLF.   Bright, medium ruby-red colour with a youthful purple hue, even throughout. The nose is delicate with depth and intensity, unveiling aromas of dark cherries, raspberries, entwined with lifted florals and a fine layer of dry herbs; along with sweet oak spice elements. Medium-full bodied rich and elegant fruit flavours of dark cherries, dark raspberries showing off its youthful vibrancy of primary fruit. The fruit is intricate by dry herbs and oak spice elements along with lifted violet florals. Fresh and lacy acidity, supported by fine-grained tannin structure and alcohol power drives a long sustained finish. This is an elegant and refined Pinot Noir with aromas of dark fruit, floral and dry herbs details; lacy fresh acidity enlivened the wine and oak elements provides spices and silken fine-grained tannin structure.   Deep, ruby-red with some transparency, lighter on edge. The nose is gently full, aromas of red plums, black cherries, sweet perfume, dark herbs, earth and subtle oak spice element. Medium-full bodied, nuances of red plums, black cherries, persist with dried thyme, basil, floral, unfolding earth, liquorice and cinnamon bark. The flavours are in-depth with good concentration, interwoven with each other. The tannin is velvety, fine-grained extraction with a good grip, coated the palate with a good dusting and left a lingering dry finish. This is a medium-full bodied Pinot Noir with rich dark-toned flavours in harmony on a fine-grained tannin grip texture line. Match with lamb shanks and duck over the next 4-6 years. The nose is alluring with a dusting of smoke and savoury earth elements, unveiling pickled mushroom, cherries and blackberries, entwined with fragrant oak spices. Medium-bodied, there is a good core of overall concentration. Ripened, fresh cherries and blackberries bearing buoyant acidity, entwined with savoury earth, pickled mushroom and delicate oak spices. The palate is elegantly presented with well-defined layers of complexity; unfolding dry herbs, liquorice. The mouthfeel is silky, interweaved by a fine-grained tannin textured line; poise with structure and underlying alcohol, contributing spices and power. This is a complex, age-worthy Pinot Noir with elegance and power; presenting distinct layers of fruit, savoury, earthy elements and oak spices; guided by a silky fine-grained textured line to a long sustained finish. Serve with game and chestnut stuffed chicken over the next 8-10 years. Picked from a single block, a mix of clone 5 and 115, 100% destemmed, fermented to 14% alc.   Bright, medium yellow with a golden-green hue, even colour throughout. The nose is clean and coy, with aromas of tree fruit, apple, pears, subtle nutty notes reminiscent of raw almonds and baking spices. Medium-bodied, sweet tree fruit melded with a subtle scent of citrus peel; soft acidity rounded with creamy whipped butter, broaden the mouthfeel by the spiciness of nutmeg, cinnamon and note of raw almonds. Dry finish precision with a silken phenolic texture. This is an elegant Chardonnay presenting aromas of tree fruit, citrus peel, raw almonds and baking spices, with a fine-textured phenolic line, and a creamy underlay and poise mouthfeel. Drink over the next 3-5 years with meaty white fish and poultry. 80% of the juice is settled overnight and fermented in French oak puncheons, the balance 20% fermented with full solids, to 13.5% alc. The nose is fresh with delicate nuances of cherry, raspberry fruit, underlying subtle cherry blossom, dry herbs entwined with a layer of fragrant, nutty oak and gamey character. Medium-light bodied, the palate is lively with mouthwatering acidity carries flavours of raspberries, red cherries; enlivened by subtle herbs and blossoms essence. Reminiscent of liquorice, nutty oak fragrant lifted an opulent sense to the finish. The tannin is firm with a fine-grained textured line. This is a lively lightweight Pinot Noir with a fine-grained tannin structure, juicy red fruit and delicate blossoms and herbs scent entwined with subtle nutty oak elements.
