  Full, light golden-yellow with lemon-green hues, pale on the edge. The bouquet is firm and elegantly concentrated with aromas of ripe yellow stonefruits, citrus fruits and mealy elements along with complexing creamy barrel-ferment and nutty lees notes, and toasty oak. Medium-bodied, the palate has concentrated and intense flavours showing ripe citrus, stonefruit and tropical fruits melded with creamy and nutty oak, unfolding toasty layers. The flavours form a concentrated core and the wine flows along a fine-textured line with subtle acid backbone and energy, leading to a long, dry, toasty finish. This is a well-concentrated Chardonnay with layers of complex citrus, stonefruit and tropical fruit flavours melded with creamy, nutty and toasty oak complexities. Match with grilled poultry and roasted pork over the next 4+ years.   Dark, deep, near impenetrable black-hued red colour with youthful purple hues. The nose is softly full and voluminous, and gentle in concentration with aromas of ripe blackberry fruit along with subtle notes of aromatic dark raspberries, black pepper and spice elements, all harmoniously interwoven. Medium-full bodied, the palate is rich with ripe and succulently sweet fruit flavours of blackberries and lifted dark raspberries, melded with black pepper, liquorice and spices. The fruit is youthful and primary in expression, and enhanced by fresh acidity. The wine flows along a concentrated line with supple tannin support, leading to a long, juicy finish of dark raspberries and pepper. This is a sweet and succulent dark raspberry and blackberried Shiraz with primary fruit and supple tannins. Match with barbecued and roasted red meats, and Mediterranean fare over the next 5-6+ years.   Dark, deep, ruby-red colour with black hues, a little lighter on the rim. The nose is finely concentrated with a firm core of ripe blackberry fruit melded with black minerals, unfolding layers of spice and earth, with liquorice elements. Subtle nutty and toasty oak notes emerge with aeration. Medium-full-bodied, the palate is well-proportioned with a concentrated core of ripe black fruits with notes of dark-red berry fruits, entwined with earth, liquorices, spices and minerals. The mouthfeel is firm at the heart, with fine-grained tannin extraction providing positive structure and linearity. The flavours lead to a sustained and packed finish of black fruits, earth, minerals and toast. This is a firmly concentrated Shiraz/Mourvedre blend with ripe black fruits along with liquorice, mineral and toasty notes. Match with roasted and grilled lamb, beef and venison, and semi-hard cheeses over the next 8-10 years.   Even ruby-red colour with some garnet hues, lighter on the rim. The nose is softly full and evenly presented with aromas of red plums and redcurrants along with fresh and dried herb notes, unfolding red florals. Medium-full bodied, the palate is up-front with moderately concentrated flavours of redcurrant, savoury red plums and dried and fresh herbs. The fruit has good depth and is supported by grainy tannin extract and grip, lending dry textures to the mouthfeel. The wine is vigorous in flow and drive, and carries to a long, textured finish of curranty fruit. This is a vigorous Merlot with redcurrant, plum and herb flavours on a grainy structured palate. Serve with casseroles over the next 6+ years.   Very dark, deep, black-hued ruby-red colour, a little lighter on the rim. The nose is stylishly restrained with subtly layered aromas of ripe blackcurrant fruit with cassis liqueur harmoniously integrated with soft mint and herbal nuances and sweet, cedary, pencilly oak. Medium-full bodied, the palate features bright, lively and vibrant, well-concentrated fruit flavours of sweet blackcurrants with notes of cassis, and an amalgam of mint, herbs, cedar and pencilly oak. The fruit is underlined by fine-grained, powdery tannin extraction, with integrated acidity. Some alcohol power and drive is present, and the wine carries to an elegant, very long, lingering finish of blackcurrants, cassis and herbs. This is a vibrant and fresh, concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon with blackcurrant and cassis flavours and a finely extracted structure. Match with roasted lamb over the next 7-10 years.
