Native Kiwi winemaker Nick Goldschmidt has a very long history with winemaking, he was at Kumeu River before Michael, Coopers Creek and Babich in the late '80s, read more about his career here. Resided in California and travelled back to NZ often until recently.
His experience and expertise show in his wines, his Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs are full in style, by using more juice lees contact before racking and fermenting, both have a lovely texture and finesse. Here I review the two.
