  Dark, even, black-hued ruby-red colour, a little lighter edged. This has a slender nose with a tightly bound core of dark red cherry and berry fruit entwined with a subtle layering of fresh and dark aromatic herbs and lifted floral nuances. Medium-full to full-bodied, the palate is bright and vibrant with dark red berry fruits with interwoven cherry, herb and floral notes. The mouthfeel is juicy and lush with fresh acidity enlivening the fruit. Light, grainy tannins guide the palate which carries with plenty of energy to a fresh, lingering finish of dark berry and cherry fruit with herb notes. This is a fresh, vibrant, slender Tempranillo with juicy and lively fruit and grainy tannin structure. Match with lamb, beef and venison dishes and semi-hard cheeses over the next 4-5 years.   Full, dark, deep ruby-red colour with black hues, a little lighter on the rim. The nose has fresh, bight and clear aromas of blackcurrants, mint and fresh herbs, with blackcurrant leaf notes. The aromatics are focussed with good intensity. Full-bodied, the palate is tightly bound and intense with deep flavours of blackcurrants, mint, piquant herb and leafy elements that form an elegant core. The fruit is supported by youthfully firm tannin extraction that provides strong linearity. The mouthfeel is brisk and racy, the liveliness enlivened by zesty acidity. The flavours recede as the acidity and structure carry the wine to a light-fruited, refreshing finish. This is an elegant, brisk and refreshing Cabernet Sauvignon with tight, pure blackcurrant fruit flavours and firm tannin line. Match with herb-marinated lamb and beef dishes over the next 4-5 years.   Full, dark, deep, black-hued purple-red colour, near impenetrable. The nose is softly full with restrained aromas of ripe dark raspberry and blackberry fruit, with subtle notes of spices and black pepper, dark herbs and toasty-oak-like elements. Full-bodied, the palate is gently expressed with flavours of dark raspberries and blackberry fruit along with nuances of black pepper, plums and boysenberries and a hint of eucalyptus. Fine, firm tannins underline the fruit and the mouthfeel is enlivened by bright, refreshing acidity. The tannins and acidity carry the wine, revealing black floral elements on a concentrated, zesty line leading to a moderately lingering finish. This is an elegantly concentrated Shiraz with restrained dark raspberry, blackberry and plummy fruit with a firm, but fresh mouthfeel.
