  Brilliant straw-yellow colour with suggestions of green hues and some depth, lighter on the rim. The nose is elegantly concentrated with rich aromas of ripe yellow stonefruits entwined with complexing mealy and nutty notes, subtle creamy barrel-ferment and toasty oak. Medium-full bodied, the palate has richly concentrated and deeply packed flavours of ripe yellow stonefruit and citrus fruit melded with mealy elements and entwined with creamy barrel-ferment, notes and nutty, toasty oak. The flavours form a fulsome and rounded core with fine, underlying acidity. The wine carries along a very fine-textured line, leading to a very long and sustained finish of citrus fruit, mealy complexities and toast. This is a rich, rounded and concentrated Chardonnay with mouthfilling flavours of stonefruit and citrus fruit, mealy complexities, cream, nutty and toasty oak. Match with roast pork and veal dishes over the next 4 years.
