  Bright pale straw-yellow colour, lighter on the rim. The bouquet is refined with well-concentrated and youthfully taut aromas of delicately sift lime fruit and white florals, and a ubtle layer of toasty secondary notes melded with a little honeysuckle and mineral elements. Medium in sweetness and light-bodied, the palate has good depth and a concentrated heart of lime fruit, white florals and nuances of savoury honeysuckle, complexed by secondary toasty nuances. The palate has good linearity and follows a light-textured line with fresh, poised underlying acidity. The mouthfeel is taut and carries to a positive, dryish, fine-textured finish with balanced subtly succulent lime and honey flavours. This is a taut, fresh, medium Riesling with lime fruit entwined with honeysuckle and toast complexities on a fine-textured, dryish, linear palate. Serve with Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine over the next 4-5+ years.   Brilliant straw-yellow colour, pale edged. The nose is stylishly concentrated with intense and penetrating aromas of white stonefruits and subtle citrus fruit notes entwined with complexing flinty, mineral reduction and melded with underlying nutty and toasty oak notes, and some creamy barrel-ferment suggestions. This has balance and detail. Medium-full bodied, the palate is well-proportioned with finely concentrated core of white stonefruits, citrus fruits and complexing flint and mineral notes. The palate has creamy and nutty oak balanced by fine phenolic textures and crisp, lacy acidity, and the wine flows with good energy and line, leading to a lingering finish of stonefruit, flinty minerals and toasty oak. This is an elegantly concentrated Chardonnay with complex stonefruit, flint, nutty and toasty flavours on a balanced, fresh, fine-textured palate. Match with grilled seafood and roasted poultry and pork over the next 4+ years.   Even, dark ruby-red colour with youthful hues. The nose is elegantly proportioned with fresh, vibrant and fragrant aromas of dark raspberry and cherry fruit with lifted violet floral, unveiling subtle, savoury thyme herb nuances and subtle liquorice elements. Medium-full bodied, the palate is elegant with a tight core of dark raspberry and cherry fruit, the flavours showing sweetness and lusciousness. The fruit is balanced by a fine-textured line and enlivened by fresh, lacy acidity, Some thyme herb and liquorice notes emerge to provide detail and interest, and the wine flows with energy to carry to a long, lingering finish of raspberries and thyme herbs. This is an elegant and finely concentrated Pinot Noir with sweet flavours of dark raspberries, cherries and thyme herbs flowing along a fine-textured, fresh line. Match with poultry, pork, lamb and beef over the next 5+ years.
