  Dark, deep, purple-hued black-red colour, a little lighter on rim. This has a fresh nose with dark red berry fruits entwined with herb and stalk elements lending a brackish nose. Savoury stalk and stem detail show with some depth, unfolding soft vanilla and cedary oak elements, lending spice, nuts and cedar. Medium-bodied, the palate is plush and juicy with soft, bright red berry fruit flavours melded with sweet vanilla and cedar. Some herb, stalk and brackish notes are present, enlivening the mouthfeel. This is sweet and juicy, with light, grainy tannins and fresh acidity carrying the palate with good energy to a fruity, grainy-textured, dry finish. This is a juicy and fruity Campo de Borja with some sweet cedary oak and a grippy mouthfeel. Match barbecued fare over the next 3 years. 40 y.o. Garnacha and 30 y.o.   Full, very dark, even, black-hued purple-red colour, youthful in appearance. The bouquet is elegantly presented with well-packed aromas of dark red berry fruits along with some savoury earth and game layer and subtle notes of dried herbs. Milk chocolate and spicy, cedary oak elements emerge to add interest. Medium-bodied, the palate features gently luscious and juicy flavours of red berry fruit melded with cedar, earth and game nuances, along with some herbal notes. The palate carries light, grainy tannins and soft acidity, lending a degree of linearity. The win os soft and integrated and carries to a light, lingering, savoury finish. This is an elegant, juicy Tempranillo with red fruit, cedar, herb and earthy detail and a light-textured palate.
