Collaboration Series from the Fine Wine Delivery Co.
The Fine Wine Delivery Co. takes inventive measures to be different to mainstream wine retailers. The company is well-versed in creating labels and brands that offer exclusivity, offering wines with excellent value, while working with first-class producers to protect the integrity of their established lines. The ‘Collaboration Series’ wines are the result of Fine Wine Delivery Co. owner Jeff Poole collaborating with some of the best winemakers in the country designing wines to the criteria as based on Jeff’s 35-plus years of wine business experience. Jeff has accumulated knowledge and understanding of his clients’ palates and preferences and combines this with the technical expertise of his winemaking partners in crafting this range of wines. Here, I review four wines, Jeff collaborating with Matt Dicey of Mt Difficulty in Central Otago, and Tim Turvey of Clearview in Hawke’s Bay. The labels for wines depict Jeff and the winemaker involved. www.finewinedelivery.co.nz
