  Bright yellow colour with ligjht golden hues, a little lighter on the edge. The nose has good presence and is fresh in expression with aromatic tropical and yellow stonefruits entwined with subtle nutty and waxy elements and nuances of fresh herbs. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has up-front, penetrating and vigorous fruit flavours of tropical fruits, yellow stonefruits along with subtle waxy and nutty elements. The fruit is mouthfilling and underlined by light phenolic textures, with fresh, lacy acidity providing good brightness and energy. The wine carries to a lingering finish of tropical fruit and stonefruit. This is an up-front, bright and vigorous dry Grillo with tropical and yellow stonefruit flavours along with nutty and waxy notes on a light-textured, refreshing palate.   Dark, deep, ruby-red colour with slight purple hues on the rim. The nose is elegant and softly packed with gently interwoven aromas of ripe, dark-red and black berried fruit along with subtle notes of black pepper, and some funky game and earthy elements. Medium-full bodied, the palate is fine in presentation with rich and sweet fruit flavours of spicy, ripe blackberries along with plummy notes, and a layering of funky game and earth. The fruit sweetness is balanced by grainy tannin structure and grip which lends plenty of mouthfeel, with fresh underlying acidity providing energy and linearity. The wine carries to a light, savoury finish. This is a rich and sweet fruited Syrah with blackberry and plum fruit with a layering of funky game, on a well-structured, but fresh palate.
