With one of the most comprehensive portfolios of New Zealand and international wines, distributor EuroVintage has a wine for every occasion for the reseller. The breadth and depth of wines has resulted in them being offered throughout the country, and the brands have become very familiar in the market. Chapoutier in the Rhone Valley, France is famous for the ‘Selections Parcellaires’ wines but also has a country rosé, which I review here. Torres is one of the world’s best-loved brands, and the ‘Sangre de Toro’ range includes rosé and red. Concha y Toro, one of the great wine producers of Chile bottles Carmenere, a variety considered a specialty for the country, and I review this. And I review the accessible ‘Castiglione’ and premium ‘Nipozzano’ Chiantis from the venerable hose of Frescobaldi. www.eurovintage.co.nz
