  Full, near saturated, black-hued purple-red colour. The nose is very full and softly voluminous with sweetly ripe, aromatic fruit aromas of blackberries and plums with soft notes of boysenberries, forming a dense core, unfolding black ink, tar, dark herb and cedary oak elements. Full-bodied, the palate is sweetly rich with plush flavours of ripe blackberries, dark raspberries, plums and liquorice. Nuances of bitter chocolate, black ink and cedary oak add interest. The fruit sweetness is supported by fine-grained, powdery tannin extraction and structure that lends a balancing dryness, and the acidity is well integrated. The mouthfeel is rounded, with the firm core and line carrying to a sweet, lingering finish of boysenberries, plums and liquorice. This is a rich, lusciously ripe, full-bodied Durif with blackberry, raspberry, plum and liquorice flavours with a fine, firm core. Match with roasted game meat dishes over the next 6-8 years.   Full, impenetrable, purple-hued black-red colour, a little lighter edged. Softly full on the nose with good density, the fruit aromas of ripe blackberries and dark raspberries are a little restrained. Notes of boysenberries, black earth and minerals and sweet oak vanilla and cedary elements unfold with aeration. Full-bodied, the palate is ripe and sweet with luscious and vibrant fruit flavours of blackberries, dark raspberries, spices and liquorice, and cedary oak. The fruit expression is restrained and the palate brooding. The fruit is balanced by fine-grained tannin extraction lending background structure, and the underlying, soft acidity provides liveliness. The wine flows with energy to a long, lingering finish. This is a sweetly ripe and vibrantly rich-fruited Shiraz with flavours of blackberries, raspberries, liquorice and minerals, supported by fine extraction. It will develop over the next 7-9 years. Serve with lamb, beef and venison.   Very full black-red colour with youthful purple hues, a little lighter edged. This has a softly packed nose with densely concentrated, ripe fruit aromas of blackberries and blackcurrants, with cassis liqueur, penetrating notes of boysenberries and eucalyptus and hints of mint and herbs. Full-bodied and powerful, the flavours of sweetly ripe blackberry and blackcurrant fruit are entwined with cassis, eucalypt, mint and cedary oak. The fruit sweetness is underlined by alcohol drive and the wine follows a fine core of ripe tannins. A thread of fresh acidity is present and the wine carries with energy to a densely packed finish of blackcurrants, mint and cedar. This is a powerful, sweetly ripe and densely packed Cabernet Sauvignon with blackberry, blackcurrant, eucalyptus and cedar flavours on a driven palate.
