  Dark, deep, ruby-red colour, with purple hues, lighter on the rim. The nose is softly full with harmoniously packed aromas of ripe dark-red plum fruit entwined with black and dark red berry elements and a little resinous detail. Medium-full bodied, this palate features an up-front and softly concentrated core of sweet redcurrant and red plum fruit flavours. The fruit sweetness is balanced by grainy tannin extraction, structure and grip, and the mouthfeel enlivened good acid freshness. The firm core and palate line carries the wine to a long, lingering dry finish with redcurrant and herbal notes. This is a moderately concentrated Merlot-based Bordeaux red with redcurrant and plummy fruit and a grainy, structured palate.   Dark, deep, purple-hued ruby-red colour. This has a fragrant and aromatic nose of bright and lifted dark red berry fruit along with gentle plummy notes. The nose is initially restrained, but grows in intensity, revealing redcurrant elements with aeration. Medium-bodied and finely proportioned, the palate shows lively and juicy flavours of red berry fruits, redcurrants and plums, entwined with some fresh herb detail. Fine-grained tannin extraction and balanced acidity provides a fresh, energetic mouthfeel and structure, and the wine carries to a sustained finish of bright red berry and curranty fruit. This is an elegant, bright, aromatic and juicy Bordeaux red with fine-grained tannins and a fresh mouthfeel.   Moderately deep ruby-red colour, a little lighter on edge, youthful in appearance. The nose is elegantly presented with a core of savoury red berry fruit aromas, harmoniously entwined with subtle redcurrant, herb and earthy notes. Medium-bodied, the flavours of savoury redcurrants, red berry fruit and plums are melded with herb and earthy elements, and gently fill the mouth. The fruit is backed by grainy tannin textures and soft acidity moderates the grip. The wine leads to a dry, lightly nuanced finish. This is a medium-bodied, savoury red berry-fruited Bordeaux red with grainy tannins and a dry finish.   Dark, deep, purple-hued ruby-red colour. The nose is full with softly packed aromas of ripe dark-red and black berried fruits melded with an earthy layer, unfolding dark herb nuances. The nose grows to show a firm core. Medium-full bodied, the palate shows full and up-front fruit flavours of earthy dark-red and black berried fruits. Subtle notes of dark herbs and a hint of liquorice emerge to add interest. The mouthfeel is soft-textured with modest extraction and acidity, but the palate has good vinosity and presence, with fulsome flavours. The wine carries to a light finish of black and red fruits with bitter cherry and earthy elements. This is a softly full and upfront Monastrell with earthy red and black fruit flavours.
