  Bright, very pale straw colour with slight green hues. This has a finely concentrated nose with good depth of passionfruit aromas nuanced with fresh herb, capsicum and floral elements, revealing mineral detail in the glass. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is elegant in proportion with finely concentrated, lusciously juicy flavours of passionfruit. This has a slender, but positive core and line with delicate, soft textures and fresh, lacy, light acidity. The wine carries to a light, dry, lingering finish. This is a slender, well-proportioned and concentrated Sauvignon Blanc with juicy passionfruit flavours. Serve as an aperitif and with Pacific Rim fare over the next 2 years.   Bright, very pale straw colour with a slight blush, pale on rim. The nose is light and slender in presentation with fresh aromas of white stonefruits with lifted florals, a touch of honeysuckle and delicate fermentation esters. The aromatics are soft and build in depth with aeration. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is elegant with a fine, firm core and line of white stonefruits along with subtle white floral and honeysuckle notes. The wine flows with good energy, guided by a light phenolic thread and enlivened by fresh acidity, leading to a clean, light finish with stonefruit and honied nuances. This is a clean, crisp and slender, dry Pinot Gris with aromatic lift and a fine dry finish. Serve as an aperitif, and with seafood and poultry over the next 2-3 years.   Bright, pale salmon-pink colour, lighter on edge. The nose is softly fresh with delicate aromas of strawberries and cream, and red florals, along with subtle notes of confectionary, herbs and minerals. The aromatics are harmonious and balanced in expression. Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, delicately luscious and lively fruit flavours of strawberries and cherries intermingle with lifted florals and nuances of fruit pastilles, forming a smooth core and palate line. The mouthfeel flows with vitality, enlivened by light, lacy acidity, guided by a fine thread of phenolics. The wine carries to a dry, light finish with gentle strawberry notes. This is a light, lively and gently luscious dryish rose with fresh strawberry flavours. Serve as an aperitif, with canapes and dim sum over the next 18 months to 2 years.
